Term 2 inquiry

ln lnquiry W.A.L.A yeast used in bread making

We  looked at some of the  different kinds of bread


we tasted  some  different breads.




We grew  some yeast  and  worked  out what
the yeast needed to grow and make the bread rise








I thought the hot water would work better because it is going to go up. I was right.

Maths Hive 

WALT (we have been learning to): be independent learners who decide what learning tools we will use each day in Maths


In the Maths Hive we are allowed to pick an activity to work on each day (sometimes two). Miss Northe has chosen the activities - to best help us with our maths learning.  


We have to put our buttons on the wall to show what we are working on and then take a screenshot and add it to a Pic Collage, to show evidence of our learning. We can chose - but we have to do a new activity each day: Sumdog, e-ako, New Zealand Money App, Child Friendly Cards and Miss Northe makes us work with her on a collaborative task too during the week.
